10 - People Power (Before CCD & School dismiss for summer), Plot Plan, Raffle & Solicitations meeting. Send out solicitations letters

12 - Raffle tickets & Kemsley posters in Corpus Christi

27 - Entertainment mtg. @ Alvarez

28 - Solicitation, DB, People Power, Inventory (go over final plot plan, change and submit to city). Solicitation follow up calls begin. Drop banners for date changes to AAA and Sylvia SanMiguel.

July 2005

01 - Put ad in bulletin for Collectors Galleria, Spanish Loteria

08 - Kemsley presale tix in. begin selling

18 - Kemsley needs plot plan (should be approved by this date). Send Gelson's letter for poster hanging p/u banners @ AAA

August 2005

:06 - Send Kemsley power list

11 - Send letter to other parishes for raffle sales. Have announcement in their bulletins

19 - Send raffle tickets to parishioners, to be mailed 26th

23 - Food, Publicity, Solicitations, Religious Ed/School People Power, and Raffle

27 - Inventory 10am - Valerie, Kathy, Carlos, Mica

September 2005

03 - Hang banner and signs, start raffle sales outside church after masses

05 - School student enrollment official, Submit newspaper ads/listings

06 - Food, Publicity, Solicitation, Raffle meeting. School starts, send letters to parents re-carnival & raffle tickets, CCD

09 - Send letter to other churches to begin selling 17th

10 - Chamber deadline for hard copy insertion

8 to 19 - School gift wrap sales. Send Mark Paz parking letter

13 - Back to School Night (7:00 pm) Get room parent list. 6pm sign ups

16 - Letter to parents, CCD

17 - Sell at other churches

17 - 9am CCD Parent meeting, 11am spanish

19 - Call re: parking lot, large street banner should be hung. Place orders Tent Co. etc. Raffle tickets to students, Send out parent letters; print up flyers for bulletin insertion. Send Location Sound, ABC letters out, get incentives for school Kids

26 - Entertainment mtg @ Alvarez

27 - Give list of volunteers for name tags and parking passes to Joyce Marie. 6:30pm Meet with Kemsley (he brings 100 tix to be used as incentives; Porter and Russ. 7:30 LAPD, Acctg., Security. Milano donation.

October 2005

02 - Volunteer Sunday. Start pricing Collector's. Yolanda needs to call St. Vincent De Paul for pick up on Fri. prior

10 - Order food for Pupusa. Games contractor should deliver tickets 44 rolls (88,000) or more. Publicity letters out, Chamber newsletter insertion. 16 Kemsley parks 3-4 trailers @ midnite. Send email to all friends.

18 - Student deadline for raffle tickets, Give Fr. Mike list for keys, Order from Costco. Call to order fish & helium tanks

18 - Final meeting 6:30 in Auditorium (attendance of all committee heads mandatory)

18 - No cars to be parked inc. Jesuits & Tyrone. Joyce Marie delivers passes, Pupusas needs beans in. Last day for Social Services. Need areas cleared out for Carnival staging. Collector’s Galleria finishes pricing

19 - 7:30 am Parking lot must be cleared - security must keep cars out. Put up No Parking signs – rope off lot.
- by 3:00 pm call Costco with any changes. Teachers vacate rooms 1 and 2. Vegetables, rice and beans delivered to room 1. Kemsley begins ride set up 9am-4pm upper lot.
- by 10:00 am should have W. side game & food booths set up. Get money counter & change for booths $5,000 (Jan) petty cash, $3,500. (Kathy) petty cash. 7pm Pupusas start cooking in school (rice, beans).

20 - 7:30am Security til Kemsley arrives.
- 10:00 am check in parents – Ms. Peggy Carlos in today thru Monday
-- 8:30am. Clean and move refrigerators to room 1 inc. Tyrone's and Parish Center. Russ Saunders to come in after stage set up (4 day rental) he stays for 1st show 1-2 hrs. 4 hr. min? Mica needs cash. Hook up gas stove in Parish Center.
- 3:00 pm Mica in Noon Zoe in 
- 3:00 pm Filipino in needs 5 ladies and 2 men
- 4:00 pm Candy in needs 4
- 4:00 pm Mexican to start. Carne Asada ? All food inc. vegetables and meat to be delivered. Set up shelves & tables for Collector's. Set up ticket booths & lighting
- 3:00 pm Pick up walkie-talkies and voice amps: (reserved 23 walkie talkies w/16 head sets, 3 voice amps) Walkie talkie disbursements: 2 LAPD w/2 headsets, 6 Security w/4 headsets,5 Jan w/3 headsets, Kathy, Valerie, 2 Carlos, 1 People Power Booth, Mica, warehouse, 1 extra for breakdowns, 2 for Entertainment. Security needed pm to sleep over (7:30am to keep cars out) til Kemsley starts.
- Kemsley ride set-up 9-4 lower lot. No parking. Electrical set up begins.
- 10:00 am propane tanks to be filled
- 11:00 am Mica in
- 9:00 -7:00 pm Galarza in
- 3:00 pm Victor's, Liborio's meat delivery (Filipino). Costco delivery @ 8am to room 1. (give Orlando receipt). Need tables in parish center for raffle area, organize school carnival paper prods. Need mostly men for set up, too many women, should have cold drinks & pizza available
- 9:00 am LA Party Rents to deliver griddles, stove, deep fat fryer. Rick Enterprises to deliver. The Tent Company - 213-735-6394 C.O.D.Delivery of 27 umbrella & stands and 60 chairs, and 3 - 6 ft. formica tables for bar in beer Garden, Stage set up (2 ½ hrs.). Hang back drop. Continue to Set up shelves. Delivery games and prizes @ noon. School has half day, after have parents set up booths, tables, posters. 2 Security Need overnight security. Order ice; 600 pounds 8/763-2237 to be delivered Fri. after beer truck. Finish Ticket booth set-up. Install electrical for beer garden, TV & stage. Clear liturgy office for Jan. Bangluk Market.
- 4:00 pm DJ in
- 7:00 pm sound check. Paladin to install lighting; dunk tank, basketball; food and picnic areas.

21 - 8am-5pm - Raoul helps. A to do list will be given to him
- 10:00 am finish setting up electrical for stage. Rollerball set-up. Get helium tanks before 2pm (deliver to auditorium). Waste Bin to be delivered. Set up all existing pop up tents. Early AM Beer truck arrives then ice COD noon Margarita 12-3.
- Noon Ice delivery
- 3:00 pm Mica in ? Other food people arrive?
- 3:00 pm Candy in. School closed
- AM deliver balance of equipment, prizes and set-up. If walkies and equipment haven't been picked up, do so. Put ice chests out in each food booth w/blocks under & ice chests in dressing rooms
- Noon Orlando, KT in. decorating and 3pm begin arch
- 4:00 pm Food & Game Captains & people Arrive
- 4:00 pm Kemsley arrives to start evening. Pick up Goldfish 300. Jose Polido to help. Security.

22 - Security (see colored schedule)
- 2:00 pm Mica in and kitchen open
- 11:00 am p/u fish 200. Carlos in
- 3:00 pm Mobil closes for propane
- 3:00 pm Candy in. Make copies of TY invite and pass out

23 - 8:00 am Mica in
- 10:00 am Candy in. Take decorations down after carnival. Security (see schedule). Russ Saunders to uninstall.

24 - 8am-5pm Raoul works
- 8:00 am Mica in. All fridges to be returned. Sweep trash and p/u. Extra trash bin to be picked up. Social Services back in Parish Center.
- Noon sharp – return Location sound rentals. All school rooms to be cleared. School closed but begins tomorrow. Ty disc print post carnival for bulletin.

November 2005

25 - Thank you reception 7-11pm Rectory Patio. Fill out city form. Need on call all weekend: electrician, plumber, carpenter. Rollerball leaves materials in Carlos area for day play.
