elcome to our diverse, intercultural, and intergenerational parish community – right in the heart of Hollywood!  Whether you reside in the affluent hills or sleep on our historic boulevards, whether you are new to the area, are exploring or “re-membering” the Catholic faith, we would love to meet you in person and hope that you find a home with us.  Click on the video below for a taste of our parish life.

Our vision, that we are many made one around the table of the Lord, and our mission, to inspire by example our love for God and our neighbor, are modelled after the life of Jesus. They compel us to prayer and worship, spiritual formation, and to embrace, care for, and defend all who seek justice.  As you tour our website we hope that you sense the dynamism of our Jesuit campus where we:

Worship & Celebrate–We dedicate ourselves to the rich liturgical tradition in which the life of the Roman Catholic Church is made culturally vibrant.

Educate–Blessed Sacrament School commemorates more than a century of Jesuit preparatory education, a pre-k thru 8th-grade enterprise that forms critical thinkers as girls and boys for others. Furthermore, our parish religious education prepares children and adults to fully participate in the sacramental life.

Serve–Our community is enriched through peer ministries such as the Ignatian Young Adults, Carismaticos, and Jesuit Alumni. Our social justice ministries such as St. Vincent de Paul, the Food Pantry, and LA Voice seek to improve the quality of life of local residents. Through The Center, we strive to end isolation and chronic homelessness in Hollywood.

The best way to experience our Blessed Sacrament community is to get involved! Consider prayerfully how you could join us in sharing your time, talents, and passions for the larger community and for the Greater Glory of God (Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam)!
